NOI Mortgage Protection is a division of NOI Wealth Partners, an independent insurance agency. It is not an insurance company, a mortgage lender, a mortgage servicer, or a government agency, and it is not affiliated with your lender or servicer.
What mortgage protection is
Mortgage protection refers to life insurance. It is not private mortgage insurance (PMI) or lender mortgage insurance. The benefit is paid to the beneficiary named on the policy, subject to the policy terms.
Coverage and approval
Coverage is subject to underwriting and approval by the issuing insurance company and is not guaranteed. Policy features, riders, pricing, and availability vary by insurance company and state.
Carrier and product availability vary by state, product, underwriting, appointment, and individual eligibility. Carriers shown on this site are not a statement that any particular carrier is available to you.
Living benefits
Living-benefit riders are included only on certain policies. Availability, definitions, eligibility, benefit amounts, exclusions, and restrictions vary by carrier and policy. Benefits paid early reduce the amount ultimately paid to the beneficiary.
Guarantees
Any guarantees are backed solely by the claims-paying ability and financial strength of the issuing insurance company.
